| 1991 | David Bellamy purchased the company and changed the name to Soundtronics Wireless ®.

| 1992 | In keeping with the tradition of Larry Jost, Dave developed the Above the Line System that allow Disc Jockies to broadcast a radio program from inside of a theme park ride. This system includes custom made Vests to hold the IFB and Transmitter and improve transmission range.

| 1996 | Development of the Utility Belt Pack. This invention eliminated using two 9volt batteries in a Q belt pack by replacing them with rechargeable Ni-cad batteries. This lead to a huge reduction in battery costs and repairs due to reduced damage from dropping. It also doubles the time it can be used before changing batteries.

| 1997 | Las Vegas office Grand Opening.

| 1998 | Custom made Wireless Speakers for the cars in the Hollywood Christmas Parade. It allowed the people in the cars to be able to hear the announcers without damaging their expensive custom cars.

| 1997 | Introduced the FAB 4. We married a HME PL Base Station with an RTS-803 Master Station. The RTS-803 can be remotely operated from belt packs.
